Questions
AV systems FAQ
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. Reprogramming and retuning an existing system is often the cheapest fix.
Do you only do big projects?
No. One meeting room or a few hours of programming is fine.
Will my staff be able to use it?
That's the goal. Every system gets simple controls and a walkthrough.
Do you do electrical work?
No. If a project needs new power, you'll need an electrician.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to schedule, balance due 15 days after completion.
Do you offer support after?
Yes. Quarterly service visits and an optional remote support plan.
